Cost: We’ll be staying in the Silver Pheasant ranch home, which sleeps 15, for $1,000/night ($2,000 total). Price per person depends on how many attend. We have 6 board members confirmed, so the total per person is $333.33 (plus tax), but will decrease as we add more guests.

If needed, we can reserve an additional ranch home with similar capacity for $1,000/night ($2,000 total) or cabins that sleep 6 for $400/night ($800 total), pending availability. Again, pricing will depend on total number of guests.
