RECPTA is the oldest early childhood PTA in Texas. We take pride in honoring our past while continuing to evolve to meet the needs of our community.

  • RECPTA is open to any parents or prospective parents in or around the Oak Cliff area. You do not need to have a child in any particular school or district to join.

  • Our community efforts benefit families all over Oak Cliff. Our membership represents families in districts throughout the Dallas area.

  • Since 1926, RECPTA has been connecting new parents and neighbors through member events, community events, and general membership meetings. Learn more on our About page.

  • Joining RECPTA is a great way to meet other families in the Oak Cliff area, build relationships with your neighbors, and find support in the community as you navigate parenthood. 

  • While Rosemont is our founding charter, we strive to support families across North Oak Cliff.
