Rosemont Early Childhood PTA (RECPTA) We are North Oak Cliff parents with young children striving to keep this community strong. As a non-profit organization, we have raised over $100,000 for the arts at Rosemont Elementary in just the past 5 years. Of course, the real accomplishments are the life-long friends we have made. Today, we have over 300 members, some with children at Rosemont Elementary and some with children attending or planning to attend other area schools. The only real requirement is a belief that this North Oak Cliff community matters.
